"The Teal Pumpkin Patch Project"
On Saturday October 22, the community came together to support and bring awareness to what types of treats were safe to hand out this Halloween for children who suffer from severe allergies as well as those children with illness such as diabetes. Ideas include: Pencils, stickers, tatoos, & glow sticks.
Thirty children came out to celebrate with us. They picked out a free pumpkin to decorate for Halloween, everyone received a goody bag with non allergic treats. A great morning for our children & all families to come together and have fun.
Thanks for stopping in and for supporting this great event.
Our Sixth Annual Community Family Fun Day & Back to School Bash was a success!
We fed over 125 people, gave out more than 30 door prizes from generous local merchants, gave our school age children more than 80 back pack bags,school suplies and 100 gift cards to Office Depot who we thank for their donations and generosity. Pictures from the event are posted on the Clubhouse Door and on our photo page. See you Next Year! Thanks to all our volunteers and the PBSO Smartwater Project, our local Fire Rescue for giving their

There have been a recent increase in the number of car break ins and home burglaries by PBSO. Together we can help stop this activiity. HOW CAN YOU HELP?
If you see something suspicious or someone suspicious in the community or something that just doesn't look right we urge you to call 911 report it!
It is better to be safe than not report what you feel is suspicious or report something you witnessed. PBSO will respond. They feel it is better to call them than to ignore a crime or opportunity to capture the people or groups of people doing these crimes.

As many of you know, the Willoughby Farms Master Association, Inc. and the Willoughby Townhomes Homeowners' Association, Inc. voted for a new management company to start January 1, 2021. The new management company is BEMO Association Partners, Inc. and is located here in Boynton Beach. The Boards elected to go with a new management company for a number of reasons, including a Huge Cost Savings. In 2020 the Master HOA paid approximately $47,510 and the Townhome Association paid approximately $21,199 for annual management fees. With the new management company the Master will be saving $21,000 and the Townhomes Association will be saving approximately $9,500 annually for a total savings of $30,500.00 annually. So this cost savings will allow the two associations to address some much needed projects. All Estates residents still fund the Master Association porton of the Community for services from their monthly dues. The WF Community Pool and Gym is now open.
Everyone using the facilities MUST follow the CDC guidelines including SOCIAL DISTANCING at all times.
Max Occupancy for the GYM is 4. Max Occupancy for the POOL is 20.
Gym Stations shall be wiped down and cleaned with disinfectant spray provided, before and after use.
Pool Deck seating is restricted to ensure social distancing with CDC guidelines. Please bring your own towels, sanitizer and or wipes.
The Playground is open.
Soap and water provided in each restroom.
Community Rules posted remain.
