We encourage parents to monitor their children’s safety when operating electric toys, such as battery operated scooters, cars & bikes on the sidewalk. These objects are not allowed to be driven in the streets, common ground area, or on the grass anytime in the community.
No Parking on sidewalk at anytime.

Trash & Garbage & Pick Up Schedule:
Monday: pickup day for all items: Recycled items, yard waste & garbage.
Thursday : Garbage only out curbside. No clippings or yard waste!
*No Clippings at curb over the weekend doing so may result in a letter of violation.

SIDEWALK SAFETY

Property Values reflect the appearance of your community please remember to:
- Pick up after your pets and remember the "leash law".
Place garbage at the curb the night before scheduled pick up days (Tuesday& Friday)
Note: Clipping & Trimmings are picked up only on Tuesday, placing items at the curb over the weekend may result in a letter of violation.
All recycle bins and garbage cans must be out of sight by the day after pick up.
All seasonal lights must be removed 2 weeks after the holiday.
No signs except for one in advertising Sales or Rental.
No Lot can be used for anything other than residental purposes.
No temporary structure, shed, trailer, shack or other out building.
No garments, rugs, shall be hung exposed. Outside drying facilities prohibited.
No waste disposed of in canals or lakes.
No planting of fruit trees, or vegetables are allowed.
Only Community Garage Sales are allowed.
Only portable basketball type hoops are allowed.
All Leases will be approved by the provisions of the Governing Documents by the Sub-Association.
No parking on the street from Midnight until 6am
No Parking anytime on the grass or sidewalk- overflow parking is available at the clubhouse.
