The WF Community Pool and Gym is now open
- Everyone using the facilities MUST follow the CDC guidelines including SOCIAL DISTANCING at all times.
- Max Occupancy for the GYM is 4. Max Occupancy for the POOL is 20.
GYM HOURS :
5:00 AM - 10:30 PM
- Gym Stations shall be wiped down and cleaned with disinfectant spray provided, before and after use.
- Pool Deck seating is restricted to ensure social distancing with CDC guidelines.
- Soap and water provided in each restroom. Please bring your own towels, sanitizer and or wipes.
- Community Rules posted remain.

NEW ELECTRONIC ENTRY TO Gym, Pool & Pool Bathrooms:
- The new system will replace the current Key Cards for the gym, pool gate and pool bathrooms. You should keep your Hard key; it will ONLY work on the pedestrian gates.
- Each resident will receive a free Key FOB. A second key is $25.00 you must bring the proper registration form that was mailed to every homeowner, along with photo identification.
- Owner or registered Tenant must be present to receive Key Fob.
- All fees are non-refundable, NO CASH.
- ONLY CHECKS or MONEY ORDERS.
- Checks and Money Orders MUST BE IN THE NAME OF A REGISTERED OWNER or TENANT.
- All Key FOBS remain the property of the Master Association and must be returned when a Tenant Vacates or when an Owner Sells their property to another buyer.

All areas of the common grounds, including gym, pool & parking lot Are videotaped 24/7
The Community Pool & Patio Area closes daily at sunset.
If you are in that area after dark, you are trespassing.
No Private Parties allowed.
