Amendment Regarding Rentals in Willoughby Farms Estates:
Important Changes: Estates Rule Regarding Rental Applications and Approvals.
Changing the Maximum number of rentals to 16 allowed in the Estates and create a waiting list.
The Amendment & exact language that is now part of the Willoughby Estates HOA, Inc. Declaration of Covenants & Restriction which all owners are required to abide by regarding rentals in Willoughby Farms.
No Lot/Home shall be leased during the first 24 months following the acquisition of title. Upon termination of that Lease the Lot/Home shall not be leased for the next 24 month period. Be advised that should you decide to sell your home in the future, you are required to disclose this Amendment information to any agent you engage.
Amendment Regarding Rentals in Willoughby Farms Townhomes:
Leasing shall be prohibited during the first 24 months of ownership.
The maximum number of Leases in the Townhome Community shall be 12..
Should a Lot/Townhome be acquired with a tenant in possession with a previously approved lease, the lease shall continue for the approved lease term.
